Shipping & Returns
We make every effort to process and ship your order within 10-15 business days of receiving your order. However, the order processing time depends on the factors as follows:
Processing time may vary depending on the time of year. Please allow a little longer during the holiday season.
Please allow an additional 3-5 days for orders including printing and / or patches. Although most letters are in stock, sometimes we need to do special order lettering to complete your custom order which can take significantly longer.
Returns & amp; Refunds
We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you would like to return or exchange an item, please follow the instructions below.
Please notify us by email or phone of any item you wish to return within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned with the outer packaging and labels intact and in the exact condition in which they were received. You must attach a copy of your commercial invoice with all returns. Please also indicate on the invoice the reason for the return indicating whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange.
Returns will be inspected upon receipt. We will not accept any charges for returning the item which is found to be non-defective, correct, and of the correct size. If an exchange item needs to be sent, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the exchange item, as determined by the value shown in our shipping rate table. In the event that an exchange is requested but not available, a refund will be issued. If a refund is to be issued, it will be equal to the purchase price of the returned item. It does not include the original shipping cost of the order.
If an exchange item needs to be sent, the customer will not be responsible for shipping charges on the exchange item. In the event that an exchange is requested but not available, a refund will be issued. If a refund is to be issued, it will be equal to the purchase price of the returned item. Original order shipping charges will only be included if the defective, incorrect size, or incorrectly sized item was the only item in the original order or if the other unreturned items in the order totaled less than 10% of the order value.
Refunds are issued to the credit card for purchase.
